FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS

Communal areas of blocks of flats are legally classed as a “place of work,” requiring a Fire Risk Assessment by law every three years. We provide fast, fully compliant reports delivered by qualified consultants to ensure your building remains insured and meets the latest legislation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY REPORTS

It is a legal requirement to conduct an annual Health and Safety report to protect residents, visitors, and contractors on site. We offer individual reports or discounted combined packages alongside Fire Risk Assessments.

FIRE DOOR INSPECTIONS
