We understand that compiling all of the reports and testing required for your block and property to comply with the legislation can be a daunting task. That’s why we have introduced a full compliance package so that you can forget about the legalities and get on with managing the block.

Our standard bundle includes the following

A/Fire Risk Assessment (1 visit per annum)

B/Health and Safety Report (1 visit per annum)

C/Fire Alarm Tests (x 52 visits per annum)

D/AOV Tests (x 12 visits per annum)

E/Emergency Light Tests (x 12 visits per annum)

All for this discounted price of £1,999.00 plus vat 

Add Fire Door Inspections for £125.00 plus vat (up to 7 doors) 

Add PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) for £7.00 plus vat (per item)

We can add or remove reports/tests to suit your property and your bespoke reports will be held digitally and can be supplied to solicitors directly, in the event of a flat sale. We can also produce an external wall fire risk assessment if your block has no communal areas.   

We can also assist with Fire Risk Assessments in respect of your Furnished Holiday Lettings as now legally required since 1st October 2023 on Airbnb, Booking.com and all letting platforms.
