Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or and exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

■ A £25 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £500.
■ Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

All orders are processed within 1 business day excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Shipping is available to the United Kingdom only, we do not currently ship to overseas locations.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment to P.O boxes is currently not available.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will be provided with an order confirmation on completion of your purchase, once the item is dispatched you will receive a notification of the relevant tracking details where applicable.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Safetec Protection Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Safetec Protection Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
